I’m a Support Engineer at GitHub, providing technical support directly to customers and businesses. I bother/work closely with engineering to identify and resolve issues, and keep our customers working.

While at Services Australia I worked on a number of projects, including MyGov, improved data exchanges between the Department of Veterans’ affairs, and a range of compliance and reporting functions.
I’ve got a fair bit of experience with:
- Java, Python, PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, SQL and a few others.
- Azure, AWS and on-premise infrastructure.
